The Role

• Locate, prepare, and package merchandise for online orders.
• Ensure the accuracy of all items within customer orders.
• Make appropriate product substitutions when necessary.
• Consult with customers to ensure satisfaction with their orders.
• Assist with dispensing online orders upon customer arrival.
