Senior Staff Frontend Software Engineer

Qualcomm seeks a Senior Staff Frontend Software Engineer to build the AI Hub's web experience for cutting edge wireless, 5G, and AI platforms. You will architect and develop complex, high performance React/TypeScript applications that integrate with cloud based AI services and data APIs. Responsibilities include defining frontend architecture, implementing reusable component libraries, optimizing performance, and ensuring accessibility and security. You'll collaborate closely with AI, backend, and product teams in a fast paced, innovation driven environment to deliver intuitive tools that enable developers to harness Qualcomm's AI and connectivity technologies at scale.

Responsibilities

• Design and own frontend architecture for Qualcomm's AI Hub web experience
• Develop scalable React/Type
• Script applications and reusable component libraries
• Integrate frontend with AI, data, and backend services via REST/Graph

• Optimize performance, reliability, and responsiveness across devices and browsers
• Implement secure, accessible, and standards compliant UI patterns
• Collaborate with AI, backend, UX, and product teams to define and deliver features
• Set best practices for testing, code quality, and CI/CD for frontend codebases
• Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership on frontend technologies
• Work with stakeholders to translate complex AI workflows into intuitive UXMonitor, troubleshoot, and improve production frontend systems
