Traveling Retail Merchandiser Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead traveling merchandising teams executing planograms, resets, and new store sets
• Coordinate travel, schedules, and daily work plans across multiple store locations
• Ensure merchandising projects meet retailer and brand standards, timelines, and safety guidelines
• Train, coach, and support merchandisers on best practices and company procedures
• Communicate project status, issues, and opportunities to supervisors and store management
• Complete audits, photos, and reports using company systems or retailer tools
• Maintain accurate inventory placement and on-shelf availability for assigned categories
• Build strong relationships with store personnel to support ongoing projects
