Cloud Platform Operations SME with Security Clearance

Overview We are seeking an experienced Cloud Platform Operations Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support the administration, integration, automation, and operational management of a modern enterprise cloud platform environment. This role will serve as a technical leader responsible for identity services, cloud orchestration, container platforms, monitoring solutions, and infrastructure integrations across complex enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will have expertise with Keycloak, Morpheus, OpsRamp, Kubernetes, and SilverCreek, along with strong experience integrating enterprise IT systems, automation frameworks, and cloud technologies to support secure, scalable, and highly available operations. Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and integrate Keycloak, SilverCreek, and enterprise identity management solutions.
• Support authentication and access management capabilities including SSO, PKI/CAC authentication, RBAC, federation, and identity governance.
• Manage and optimize Morpheus Cloud Management Platform environments, including self-service provisioning, automation workflows, governance controls, approval processes, and hybrid-cloud operations.
• Provide operational support and administration for Kubernetes platforms, including cluster management, application deployments, networking, storage, scaling, security, and lifecycle management.
• Configure and maintain OpsRamp monitoring and observability solutions to support alerting, incident response, event correlation, dashboards, and operational analytics.
• Integrate cloud platform services with enterprise technologies including VMware, ServiceNow, Active Directory, APIs, automation tools, and cloud infrastructure platforms.
• Develop and maintain automation solutions, Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) capabilities, operational runbooks, and platform documentation.
• Support compliance requirements through implementation of security controls, STIGs, RMF processes, and audit-ready documentation.
• Troubleshoot complex platform issues and provide root cause analysis and remediation recommendations.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, cybersecurity, and infrastructure teams to ensure service reliability and operational excellence.
• Participate in system upgrades, platform modernization initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts. Required Qualifications
• 8+ years of experience supporting enterprise cloud, platform operations, infrastructure, or systems engineering environments.
• Deep expertise with Keycloak and enterprise identity services.
• Strong hands-on experience with Morpheus Cloud Management Platform administration and orchestration.
• Advanced knowledge of Kubernetes administration and containerized application environments.
• Experience implementing and supporting OpsRamp observability and monitoring solutions.
• Experience with SilverCreek platform administration and integration.
• Strong understanding of authentication, authorization, federation, PKI/CAC, RBAC, and identity management concepts.
• Experience integrating enterprise platforms with VMware, Active Directory, ServiceNow, APIs, and automation tools.
• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code, scripting, automation, and operational process improvement.
• Familiarity with security compliance frameworks, STIG implementation, RMF requirements, and audit support.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting federal government, defense, or highly regulated enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and configuration management tools.
• Relevant certifications such as: CKA (Certified Kubernetes Administrator), Kubernetes Security Specialist, Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP), Security+, CISSP, or equivalent, and ITIL Foundation
