Job Description

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Java and AWS and a proven ability to deliver scalable full stack solutions for enterprise banking platforms. Dual sourcing will be used for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy full stack applications using Java and AWS services.


• Implement secure, resilient, and maintainable services and APIs.


• Collaborate with product and platform teams to meet delivery and quality targets.


• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Java and related frameworks, RESTful services, and SQL/NoSQL data stores.


• Experience with AWS services for application development and deployment.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with effective communication.


• 5-7 years of relevant full stack development experience.

Preferred Skills:

• Background with large-scale banking or financial services platforms, including Chase ecosystem familiarity.


• Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery and CI/CD pipelines.
