Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am 5:00pm

We're recruiting for an experienced Multi-Skilled Engineer to join a leading facilities management company, working across a prestigious commercial site in Burnley.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an electrically or mechanically biased engineer looking to move into a stable, Monday to Friday role with no regular shift work, excellent benefits, and genuine opportunities for career progression.
The RoleAs a Multi-Skilled Engineer, you'll be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance, and fault finding across a range of building services and plant equipment. You'll help ensure the site remains fully operational while delivering a high standard of service.

- Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance
- Electrical and mechanical fault finding
- Maintaining HVAC, lighting, pumps, motors, and general building services
- Completing maintenance records using a CAFM system
- Ensuring all work complies with health and safety regulations
- Liaising with the client and subcontractors when required
- Experience in commercial building maintenance or facilities management
- Electrical or mechanical qualifications (City & Guilds, NVQ, or equivalent)
- Multi-skilled maintenance experience
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
