Senior Physician (m/f/d) in Gynecology | Rendsburg, Germany | On-site

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Physician to lead and shape the future of our Gynecology department. This is a pivotal role within a leading healthcare institution renowned for its comprehensive patient care and commitment to medical excellence across a wide range of specialties.

The Role

• Represent the Chief Physician and assume key leadership responsibilities for the Gynecology clinic.
• Contribute specialized expertise, ideally in Special Obstetrics and Perinatal Medicine or Gynecological Oncology.
• Independently perform complex surgical procedures and participate in on-call duties.
• Drive the strategic development of the clinic and introduce innovative approaches.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.

What You'll Need

• Board certification in Gynecology and Obstetrics.
• Experience working within a Level 2 Perinatal Center.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate and guide staff.
• Proficiency in standard MS Office applications.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills, fostering a positive and collaborative environment.
