The Role

• Gain comprehensive knowledge in the planning, construction, leasing, sales, and management of commercial and residential properties.
• Participate in budget planning for property maintenance and upkeep.
• Manage and communicate with tenants and external service providers.
• Engage in commercial, technical, and infrastructural facility management.
• Implement real estate marketing strategies and conduct market analyses.
• Identify optimization potential in property management, lease agreements, and location development.

What You'll Need

• (Technical) university entrance qualification, a qualified vocational qualification, or state-certified technician/business administrator.
• German language proficiency at B2 level.
• Economic thinking, strong analytical skills, and an understanding of technology, physics, and mathematics.
• Genuine interest in all facets of the real estate industry.
• Teamwork, strong communication skills, and the ability to work across disciplines.
• Good written and verbal expression in German and English.
• Proficient in MS Office and ideally ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
