The Role

• Demonstrate core skills, knowledge, and competence in all vehicle glass repair and replacement requirements.
• Undertake "Standard" technical jobs and gain exposure to "complex" jobs under supervision.
• Provide excellent customer service by understanding and listening to customer needs.
• Identify and present Value Added Products and Services (VAPS) to customers.
• Understand and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Work towards branch and personal Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

What You'll Need

• Proven experience as an Automotive Mechatronics Technician with a focus on vehicle glass.
• Technical training in automotive glass repair and replacement.
• Ability to adapt to and learn new technical tasks and procedures.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Understanding of automotive industry standards and best practices.
• Commitment to maintaining tools and equipment in good condition.
