Technology Specialist | Full-Time | Build Our AI Playbook

Allmark Properties owns and operates apartment communities across California, Texas, and Oklahoma. Our business runs on Entrata, and Entrata is rolling out AI agents for leasing, renewals, payments, and maintenance faster than anyone can keep up with.

We know AI is going to change how we operate, market our properties, and talk to our investors. What we don’t know is exactly how.

That’s where you come in. We’re looking for a Technology Specialist to lead the way: someone who will explore what’s possible, decide what’s worth adopting, and then make it happen across the company.

What You Will Do:

• Become our in-house expert on Entrata and its AI tools, starting with our current AI leasing pilot.

• Set up and manage Entrata's AI agents across our properties, and track how well they perform.

• Find new ways for technology and AI to help our properties, marketing, investor communications and office teams.

• Recommend what we should adopt, test it, and measure whether it works.

• Train and support our teams as new tools roll out.

• Make sure the way we use AI is responsible, compliant and secure.

• Keep up with new technology and bring us ideas that give Allmark a competitive edge.

• 3+ years in a technology role, such as systems administration, business systems, implementation or technical support.

• Hands-on experience using AI tools to solve real business problems.

• Experience administering business software and leading rollouts.

• Strong data and reporting skills.

• Experience with Entrata or other property management systems, automation tools, or the apartment industry is also a plus.
