Validation Manager | Biberach an der Riß, Germany | Hybrid

The Role

  • Lead and support product validation activities, including process and cleaning validation.
  • Coordinate validation tasks and manage validation documentation in collaboration with various departments.
  • Conduct GMP-compliant evaluation of analytical and operational data.
  • Contribute to control strategies, risk analyses, and regulatory submission documents.
  • Assess changes and deviations related to manufacturing and cleaning processes for validation relevance.
  • Represent validation topics during audits and inspections, potentially acting as a Change Manager.

What You'll Need

  • Master's degree in a scientific or technical field with several years of professional experience, or a Bachelor's degree/scientific training with extensive experience in GMP, process, and cleaning validation.
  • Several years of experience in the biopharmaceutical, pharmaceutical, or process engineering sectors.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of GMP and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications; experience with SAP or TrackWise is advantageous.
  • Fluent German and strong English language skills.
  • High degree of initiative, flexibility, and responsibility, with a structured and quality-conscious approach.
