Job Description

Leidos is seeking a Lifecycle Support Analyst to ensure reliable performance of mission-critical IT systems across their full lifecycle. In this role, you will monitor production environments, analyze incidents, coordinate maintenance and upgrades, and maintain accurate asset and configuration records. You will create documentation, reports, and dashboards that inform stakeholders, support change and release activities, and help drive process improvements. Working in a collaborative, mission-driven environment, you will contribute to secure, resilient solutions for government and commercial clients.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and support IT systems across their full lifecycle
  • Analyze incidents and service requests to identify root causes
  • Coordinate maintenance, upgrades, and deployments with cross-functional teams
  • Document configurations, procedures, and lifecycle status
  • Track assets and configuration changes for compliance and audits
  • Develop reports and dashboards on system health and lifecycle metrics
  • Support change management and release planning activities
