Support the administration of trusts, charities and related client structures where appropriate. Identify opportunities to streamline accounting, reporting and administration processes through the effective use of business systems. Provide guidance and support to junior team members and contribute to the future development of the Trust Accounts function. Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality when handling sensitive client and financial information. Strong accounting experience with a particular focus on trusts and executries.

Experience preparing accounts from initial information gathering through to finalisation. Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy when working with complex financial information. Strong analytical and reconciliation skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. Commercial awareness with an understanding of delivering efficient and cost-effective client service. Experience working within a legal, accounting or wider professional services environment.

Knowledge of charitable trust accounting and charity administration. Experience working closely with legal, tax or wealth management professionals. Hybrid working arrangement following completion of initial training and onboarding. Opportunity to take a leading role within a specialist trust accounting function.
