Salesforce Developer

Introduction:

The Salesforce Developer will be responsible for developing, customizing, and enhancing Salesforce applications using a variety of tools and technologies. They will work closely with the team to ensure the successful implementation and integration of Salesforce solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and enhance Salesforce applications using Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL.
• Perform code reviews and serve as a technical lead when assigned.
• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs, middleware, and integration tools (e.g., Mulesoft).
• Understand DevOps practices, CI/CD tools (Gearset/Copado), and version control systems.
• Proficient with Salesforce data loader, workbench, and other tools.
• Assure requirements are defined and approved, perform code reviews, and ensure agency application development standards are met.
• Work with business area personnel to define and approve requirements.
• Perform impact analyses to identify interdependencies and assist with design reviews.
• Perform Salesforce admin tasks such as user support, data management, defining security standards, system configuration, data analytics, and process automation.
• Support software deployment tasks in non-prod and prod environments.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer with at least 2-3 years in the Omnistudio platform.
• 5+ years of experience with Apex, Triggers, Batch Apex, Salesforce APIs, and LWCs.
• 6 months - 1 year of experience working on public sector solutions (Grants Management) - preferred.
• Ability to guide teams to resolve issues related to Salesforce Omnistudio public sector foundation product.
• Experience migrating data or designing new solutions on Salesforce OmniStudio Public Sector Foundation platform.
• Experience in developing Experience Cloud sites.
