Location: Remote (Once in a quarter onsite travel to Newark, NJ)

Role Overview: ComTec is seeking an experienced SentinelOne (S1) Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support a critical cybersecurity initiative to replace Symantec Endpoint Protection (SEP) across our Operational Technology (OT) environments.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and administer SentinelOne Consoles and Edge Gateways.
• Support the migration from SEP (Symantec Endpoint Protection) to SentinelOne in OT environments.
• Collaborate with OT teams to onboard and secure endpoints.
• Develop runbooks, SOPs, and operational documentation aligned with NERC CIP and TSA requirements.
• Perform troubleshooting, system tuning, and ongoing platform support.
• Provide technical guidance and knowledge transfer to internal teams.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience deploying and managing SentinelOne (S1).
• Experience with endpoint security migrations, preferably from SEP.
• Strong understanding of OT/ICS environments and endpoint security.
• Hands-on experience in NERC CIP-compliant environments and the ability to successfully complete a NERC CIP background investigation.
• Knowledge of TSA cybersecurity requirements.
• Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced project environment.
