LV Petroleum is seeking a results-driven Truck Wash Attendant to assist our truck wash operations. This role assists a team of 10 attendants, ensuring efficient service delivery, facility cleanliness, safety standards, and top-tier customer service. The ideal candidate brings hands-on management experience, strong communication skills, and a commitment to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the truck wash team
  • Oversee vehicle and trailer washing, sanitation of facilities, and maintenance of equipment
  • Manage scheduling, inventory, supply orders, and adherence to safety protocols
  • Train and coach team members to maintain service quality and efficiency
  • Monitor equipment functionality and perform basic troubleshooting
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and cleanliness standards
  • Provide exceptional service to drivers and commercial customers
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical ability to work both indoors and outdoors in changing weather
  • Valid Driver's License
