The Role

• Visualize customer desires using modern 3D planning tools.
• Develop and present bespoke kitchen concepts, considering style, functionality, and budget.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from initial consultation to contract signing.
• Prepare offers, handle objections, and coordinate project execution including delivery and installation.
• Stay updated on the latest kitchen trends and implement creative solutions.

What You'll Need

• Proven experience in kitchen planning and direct sales.
• In-depth knowledge of kitchen technology, design principles, and current market offerings.
• Proficiency with professional planning software (e.g., KPS, KPS.MAX, Carat, Winner) and MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Strong sales acumen, negotiation skills, and a passion for exceeding customer expectations.
• A confident and personable demeanor with excellent social skills and an organized, goal-oriented work ethic.
