The Role

• Take on initial specialist leadership responsibilities for our psychosomatic youth ward, with a view to full specialist leadership long-term.
• Gradually assume responsibility for clinical processes and the overall psychotherapeutic treatment of adolescents, with structured support.
• Represent the Chief Physician in the role of Senior Physician and significantly contribute to ward development.
• Conduct supervision for child and adolescent psychotherapists in training, fostering their professional growth.
• Ensure high-quality patient care through regular admissions, family consultations, and interdisciplinary intervisions.

What You'll Need

• Completed specialist training or be in the 4th year of training as an assistant physician in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and Psychotherapy, with advanced therapy training.
• Enthusiasm for interdisciplinary collaboration within a multidisciplinary team (physicians, psychologists, nursing staff, educators, and therapists).
• Willingness to participate in on-call duties from home in collaboration with senior physicians from adult wards.
• A desire to develop leadership skills and contribute to the advancement of psychosomatic care for young people.
