Epic ODBA Sr. Solution Analyst - FTE

Healthcare IT Leaders is seeking an Epic ODBA Sr. Solution Analyst for a permanent, full-time opportunity.
Responsibilities:

• Provide Managed Service support for Epic operational database environments
• Administer and maintain Epic IRIS and Chronicles databases
• Monitor database performance and resolve production issues
• Manage backup, recovery, and disaster recovery procedures
• Support patching, upgrades, and Epic version releases
• Document environment configurations and support procedures

Requirements:

• Epic ODBA certification or hands-on Epic ODBA experience
• Senior-level solution analyst expertise
• Managed Service (Support) experience
• Immediate availability
