AirTrunk, Australia's hyperscale data centre leader, seeks a Technical Services Manager to join the Operations team. You will oversee maintenance planning, incident management, and customer liaison to ensure 100% uptime and compliance with SLAs.
You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, coordinate with development for installs, maintain SOPs, comply with accreditations, and participate in on-call incident response. English communication and vendor management are essential.
