Job Description

Technischer Allrounder | Berlin, Germany | Hybrid

The Role

  • Conduct visual and functional inspections of technical systems to ensure smooth operation.
  • Coordinate and track fault reports, prioritizing and following up until full resolution.
  • Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks.
  • Handle customer service requests and digital/mobile order processing efficiently.
  • Monitor and maintain the order and cleanliness of managed properties.

What You'll Need

  • Initial professional experience in a technical field, preferably in heating, sanitary, cooling, or building technology.
  • Basic IT proficiency and the ability to operate modern building technology.
