Job Description

Sr Scrum Master

No Corp to Corp, IC or 3rd Party Candidates

Onsite 2 days per week in Hartford, CT

Retirement or Wealth Management is a must

Top 5 Technical Skills:

  1. Certified Scrum Master
  2. Must have Retirement or Wealth Management Experience
  3. Must be able to work 2 days a week in the Hartford offices
  4. PM Experience a Plus
  5. Any technical understanding of data systems a Plus

Top 3 Soft Skills:

  1. Must be able to take lead of the project as a Scrum Master
  2. Lead team through all Agile Ceremonies
  3. Communicate with different teams, managers and Sr. Leaders 

Job Description:

This role is a traditional Scrum Master of a very important project.  The project focuses on understanding what one environment does within their systems and bringing that into current IT ecosystem.

Role on the Team:

Scrum Master over team / project that is onboarding data and systems from one environment into the current IT ecosystem
