We are hiring for an impact-driven community organization dedicated to transforming the lives of young people with special educational needs. We partner with schools and local authorities to provide essential educational support and are seeking passionate educators to join our mission.

The Role

• Provide in-person, remote, and hybrid tuition in Maths, English, or Science to young people with SEND and SEMH needs, including MLD, SLD, and PMLD.
• Support pupils from KS1 to KS5, planning and delivering flexible, trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring.
• Plan and report for lessons, providing regular feedback on student progress.
• Work with a variety of learners, including those who are disengaged, at-risk, and vulnerable.
• Contribute to raising the standard of education for young people with SEND and SEMH needs.

What You'll Need

• A genuine passion for transforming the lives of disengaged and vulnerable learners.
• 2+ years of teaching experience, ideally with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and/or PMLD.
• Familiarity teaching English, Maths, and/or Science.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS).
• Enhanced DBS check and 2+ professional references.
• Based in the UK with the right to work.
