Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior SAP Functional Analyst with strong functional expertise in SAP ERP solutions to support enterprise implementations, system enhancements, and production support. The ideal candidate will have experience working across multiple SAP modules, gathering business requirements, configuring solutions, and driving successful project delivery.

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of SAP Functional Analyst experience
• Strong experience with SAP ERP, SCM, CRM, SRM, Ariba, or SuccessFactors
• Hands-on experience with SAP configuration, production support, and incident resolution
• Experience gathering business requirements, writing functional specifications, and supporting UAT
• Strong knowledge of SAP implementation, enhancement, and change management
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience collaborating with business users, developers, and cross-functional teams

Preferred Skills:

• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise SAP environments
• Knowledge of Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, or Transportation business processes
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA migration or transformation projects
• SAP Functional Certification is a plus
