Materials Coordinator

Location: Sarasota, FL (100% On-Site)

Position Type: Full-Time Temporary (Through March 31, 2027)

Pay Rate: $25.72 / hour

Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:30 AM 5:00 PM (30-minute lunch)

Overtime Availability Required: Must be flexible for weekday overtime, especially Thursdays and Fridays.

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable Materials Coordinator to manage and operate daily warehouse activities at our Sarasota facility. This role oversees the processing, packaging, receipt, storage, and shipment of supplies, materials, and equipment. Working within established procedures, you will ensure proper inventory accounting, effective space utilization, and safe operation of warehouse facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the receipt, storage, and shipment of materials, supplies, and equipment while maintaining accurate reporting and logs.

• Audit all incoming goods received into the warehouse and account for inventory across stores facilities.

• Prepare and coordinate shipping and receiving schedules to regulate warehouse space and control the flow of goods.

• Ensure operating procedures, space utilization, and safety practices are maintained to protect facilities and equipment.

• Operate warehouse machinery and handle physical material processing in accordance with defined technical guidelines.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations, material handling, shipping/receiving, or inventory control.

• Proven understanding of standard warehouse routines, cGMP/safety procedures, and inventory documentation.

• Ability to follow well-defined operational guidelines with strong attention to detail.

• Must be comfortable working 100% on-site in Sarasota, FL.

• Flexibility to work required weekday overtime, particularly on Thursdays and Fridays.
