RESPONSIBILITIES
Kforce's client in Saint Louis, MO is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a high-profile, multi-year initiative focused on modernizing and enhancing enterprise threat and vulnerability management capabilities. This individual will operate in a player/coach capacity, overseeing the overall program while directly leading several projects within the portfolio. Hybrid or remote work arrangements are available - Kansas City or Saint Louis preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a multi-year enterprise program focused on improving and modernizing threat and vulnerability management capabilities
- Operate in a player/coach role, providing both strategic program leadership and hands-on project management support across multiple workstreams
- Establish and maintain program governance, executive reporting, roadmaps, budgets, risk registers, and dependency management processes
- Coordinate efforts across cybersecurity, infrastructure, application, operations, architecture, vendor, and business teams
- Drive alignment and accountability across multiple stakeholders while ensuring program objectives remain on track
- Identify program risks, surface critical decisions, and facilitate executive-level decision making
- Develop concise executive communications, presentations, and leadership briefings
- Translate complex technical topics into clear business-focused messaging for senior leaders
- Build structure and momentum in ambiguous or rapidly evolving environments
REQUIREMENTS
- 10+ years of project and/or program management experience in large-scale enterprise environments
- Proven experience leading complex, multi-workstream technology programs
- Exceptional executive presence and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive outcomes without direct authority
- Strong strategic thinking, organizational leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing budgets, schedules, risks, dependencies, and governance processes across large initiatives
- Ability to quickly assess organizational challenges and implement practical solutions

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
