• *The Role**
• Greet and engage customers promptly and courteously, guiding them through the entire sales process.
• Educate customers on vehicle benefits and features, including facilitating test drives.
• Present and explain available financial products and financing options to customers.
• Utilize CRM tools effectively to manage customer interactions and follow-ups.
• Maintain required unit averages, PVR, and VSC standards for the store.
• Ensure a professional and positive customer experience from initial contact through to post-purchase follow-up.
