The Role

• Partner with customers to understand their needs and recommend the best wireless plans and services.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest technology products and services to provide expert advice.
• Develop new consumer and business accounts through proactive outreach and relationship building.
• Provide outstanding customer service throughout the sales process and beyond.
• Keep current on product offerings and recommend service enhancements to customers.
• Actively listen to customer concerns and ensure satisfaction with their visit.
