The Role

• Operate machinery, including loading and unloading components.
• Perform manual assembly of product parts and sub-assemblies.
• Accurately sort and package finished products.
• Conduct quality control checks on products and processes.
• Adhere to all process, quality, and safety standards.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training and prior experience in industrial manufacturing.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean workspace.
• Flexibility and willingness to work in a two-shift system.
• Good command of the German language (spoken and written).
