Software Engineering, Team Lead

Key Responsibilities
Lead the engineering team responsible for building, enhancing, and operating the enterprise-scale identity and access management platform
Develop and maintain backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture
Contribute hands-on code development across the technology stack, including application services, integrations, and supporting components
Design and maintain cloud-native solutions using AWS services and infrastructure
Guide the development and integration of Angular micro-frontend applications
Implement and support workflow automation and business process management solutions using Camunda or similar platforms
Own technical architecture and establish engineering standards, design patterns, and development best practices
Oversee testing strategies, reporting capabilities, and quality assurance across the platform
Balance hands-on coding and architecture responsibilities with team leadership, delivery planning, and stakeholder engagement
Provide technical guidance, mentor engineers, and support their professional development
Coordinate engineering priorities, planning, and execution to ensure reliable platform delivery and operations
Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business requirements and platform objectives
Ensure engineering practices support the requirements of regulated environments, particularly within the financial industry
