🔹 Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Application Engineer specializing in Ivalua and Source-to-Pay (S2P) Cloud Solutions to support supply chain automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in procurement platforms, application development, system integration, and business process automation.

Candidates with experience in Ivalua are preferred. However, professionals with hands-on experience in other cloud-based Source-to-Pay or Procure-to-Pay platforms are also encouraged to apply.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, configure, and maintain Ivalua or other Source-to-Pay cloud applications.
• Support end-to-end procurement and supply chain automation processes.
• Work on supplier management, sourcing, contract management, purchasing, and invoice processing workflows.
• Integrate procurement platforms with ERP systems, financial applications, and third-party tools.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot application issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Support application enhancements, upgrades, testing, and production deployments.
• Collaborate with procurement, finance, supply chain, and IT stakeholders.
• Ensure data accuracy, application performance, security, and compliance with business requirements.
• Prepare technical documentation and support user acceptance testing (UAT).

🔹 Required Skills

• 10–15 years of overall IT experience, including relevant application engineering experience.
• Strong experience with Ivalua or another cloud-based Source-to-Pay (S2P) platform.
• Knowledge of procurement, sourcing, supplier management, purchasing, and invoice-to-payment processes.
• Experience with application configuration, workflow automation, and system integrations.
• Understanding of APIs, web services, and enterprise application integration.
• Experience with ERP integrations, such as SAP or Oracle, is preferred.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
