Workforce Developer (WD) – SME  Work Location: Washington, DC  Employment Type: Full-Time, Expert-Level  Department: Administrative and Logistics Support  CGS is seeking a skilled Workforce Developer (WD) – SME to support mission-critical operations for a federal client.  Skills and attributes for success:  * Identify learning needs, coordinate training, track workforce skills, and support employee development through mentoring and upskilling initiatives.  * Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.  * Analyze operational challenges and recommend improvements.  * Develop documentation, reports, and deliverables supporting mission objectives.  * Support continuous improvement, compliance, and operational efficiency.  Qualifications:  Minimum of Recognized subject matter expert with exceptional expertise and leadership in the field.  Active DoD Top Secret/SCI.  Our Commitment:
