  • *Work-Life Balance is a Priority*
We offer flexible scheduling (including 4-day work weeks and no after-hours emergency shifts) to ensure you have time for yourself, your family, and your passions outside of work.
  • *A Support Staff That Actually Supports You*
Work alongside a team of experienced CVTs, skilled veterinary assistants, and friendly front desk staff who are proactive, collaborative, and dedicated to making your day run smoothly.
  • *Growth & Mentorship*
We support a collaborative work atmosphere and promote professional development with CE allowances, in-house training and mentorship opportunities.
  • *A Culture of Respect & Compassion*
We foster a positive environment where every team member is valued and heard. We laugh often, support each other through tough cases, and celebrate our wins—big or small.
  • What You’ll Be Doing*
  • Providing high-quality medical, surgical, and dental care to small animals (exotics optional)
  • Building trusted relationships with clients through clear communication and empathy
  • Collaborating with our skilled team to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Keeping detailed and accurate medical records
  • Participating in continued education and contributing to a positive clinic culture
  • What We’re Looking For*
  • DVM or equivalent degree from an accredited veterinary school
  • Licensed (or eligible to be licensed) in WI
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • A team-oriented mindset and a sense of humor!
  • Perks & Benefits*
  • Competitive salary with production bonus
  • 401(k) with match
  • Generous PTO + paid holidays
  • CE allowance + paid CE days
  • Licensing and professional dues covered
  • Employee pet care discounts
  • No on-call or overnight shifts
  • Ready to Love Coming to Work?*
We’d love to meet you and show you what makes Parkdale Pet Care a truly special place to build your veterinary career. Apply today and let’s talk about how we can support your goals—in and out of the clinic.
