Job Description

Job Description:

We are seeking a Systems Analyst II with healthcare payer experience to support system analysis, production operations, troubleshooting, and system enhancements.

Responsibilities:

Analyze business requirements and develop functional system specifications.
Support healthcare payer systems and identify system issues.
Monitor production processes and troubleshoot technical issues.
Coordinate testing, implementation, and release management.
Collaborate with business teams, developers, and vendors.
Monitor system performance and support SLA requirements.
Participate in rotational 24/7 on-call support.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in systems analysis, testing, and implementation.
Healthcare payer systems experience required.
Knowledge of Informatica required.
Strong analytical, technical, and communication skills.
Experience in production support and issue resolution.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Willingness to participate in rotational on-call support.

Preferred Qualifications:

Medicare Advantage experience.
Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Work Arrangement: Currently remote, with the possibility of a future hybrid arrangement at Detroit Towers, Detroit, Michigan.
