The Manager of Human Resources is responsible for leading the HR Operations function, including overseeing all aspects of the employee process, including recruitment, compliance and manager support for employee relations issues.

Manages the entire employment process including recruitment, onboarding, employee and labor relations, salary administration, workplace safety, immigration support, and HR tech, ensuring efficiency throughout the processes
Implements and communicates various human resource policies, procedures, and best practices across the Company
Complies with federal, state, and local employment and labor regulations, including DOL, EEOC, OSHA and any other regulatory agencies
Partners with other department heads to ensure functional alignment of HR programs and initiatives
Guides management by researching, developing, and updating policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines
Maintains relationships with HR vendors and other outside contacts and resources
Guides and advises training initiatives such as leadership development and employee skills training
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an HR related role
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS systems
In- depth knowledge of labor and employment laws, and HR best practices
Superior communication skills, strong analytical skills, flexible and open-minded
