A client of ours is seeking a HR Technology Developer to help build and enhance a technology platform supporting HR and finance teams. This is a senior-level position requiring strong hands-on development experience with C# and .NET.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance enterprise applications using C# and .NET


• Build scalable, reliable application features and integrations


• Troubleshoot complex application and production issues


• Participate in architecture and technical design decisions


• Work closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders


• Review code and help establish development best practices


• Mentor other developers and provide technical guidance


• Support applications throughout the full development lifecycle

Qualifications

• Strong professional development experience with C# and .NET


• Senior-level software engineering or application development background


• Experience building enterprise or SaaS applications


• Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, databases, and modern development practices


• Experience working with complex business applications


• HR technology, HRIS, payroll, benefits, workforce management, or finance technology experience is highly desirable


• Candidates with 7 8 years of experience may be considered particularly strong when they bring relevant HR-tech domain expertise


• Strong communication and technical leadership skills
