Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist with 10+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python, SQL, machine learning, data visualization, and cloud technologies, with the ability to transform complex data into actionable business insights.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
Develop and implement statistical and machine learning models for predictive and prescriptive analytics.
Perform data cleaning, preprocessing, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis.
Build, test, validate, and optimize machine learning models.
Collaborate with Data Engineers to develop scalable data pipelines and production-ready solutions.
Translate business requirements into data-driven analytical solutions.
Monitor model performance and continuously improve model accuracy.
Communicate analytical findings and recommendations to technical and business stakeholders.
Create data visualizations, dashboards, and reports to effectively present insights.
Work with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making.
Stay current with emerging technologies in AI, Machine Learning, and Data Science.
Required Skills & Qualifications
10+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Advanced Analytics.
Strong programming skills in Python.
Experience with Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, including regression, classification, clustering, and ensemble techniques.
Strong knowledge of statistics, probability, hypothesis testing, and predictive modeling.
Advanced SQL skills and experience with relational databases.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
Experience working with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Knowledge of Spark, Databricks, Snowflake, or other large-scale data platforms.
Experience with model deployment, monitoring, and MLOps practices.
Preferred Skills
Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, RAG, and Vector Databases.
Experience with MLflow, Kubeflow, Azure ML, AWS SageMaker, or Vertex AI.
Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
Experience working with Agile/Scrum teams.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
