Job Description

  • Java developer who can do testing as well.
  • Should have good experience in CI/CD, Splunk, and Dynatrace.
  • Good to have: SRE.
  • Nice to have: Selenium.
  • Test Automation: Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites across UI, API, and integration layers to reduce manual regression effort, accelerate release cycles, and expand test coverage.
  • Framework & CI/CD Integration: Build and enhance scalable, reusable automation frameworks with data-driven capabilities, and integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines for continuous, reliable execution.
  • Quality Reporting & Metrics: Create and maintain test reporting dashboards and quality metrics that provide stakeholders with actionable insights into coverage, defect trends, pass/fail rates, and release readiness.
  • Testing Policies & Standards: Define, document, and enforce testing policies, standards, and best practices to ensure consistency and repeatability across teams.
  • Good to have: SRE

  • Experience: 12–15 years (Senior candidate)
  • Test Automation: Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites across UI, API, and integration layers to reduce manual regression effort, accelerate release cycles, and expand test coverage.
  • Framework & CI/CD Integration: Build and enhance scalable, reusable automation frameworks with data-driven capabilities, and integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines for continuous, reliable execution.

  • Testing Policies & Standards: Define, document, and enforce testing policies, standards, and best practices to ensure consistency and repeatability across teams and alignment with organizational and regulatory requirements.
  • Governance & Compliance: Establish and uphold test governance through clear entry/exit criteria, quality gates, review checkpoints, and audit-ready documentation throughout the SDLC.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with development, product, and DevOps teams to embed quality early in the lifecycle, driving continuous improvement, root-cause analysis, and shared ownership of quality outcomes
