Overview
We’re hiring Multi-Craft Maintenance Technicians for our precision machining facility in La Vergne, TN. This role is focused on keeping advanced CNC machining equipment running at peak performance, including 3, 4, and 5-axis machining centers, CNC lathes, robotic systems, and the electrical and mechanical systems that support them.
You’ll spend your day troubleshooting spindle issues, encoders, servo motors, actuators, sensors, drives, hydraulics, pneumatics, PLC-controlled equipment, and other systems that keep complex machine tools producing precision parts. We’re looking for experienced CNC maintenance technicians who enjoy solving difficult problems and taking equipment from fault to root cause.

Compensation
- $34-$36/hr
- Full benefits package

Shift
- 1st Shift: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-3:00 PM
Responsibilities
- CNC Troubleshooting: Diagnose electrical and mechanical failures on CNC machine tools.
- Electrical Repair: Troubleshoot motors, sensors, drives, relays, and control circuits.
- Mechanical Repair: Repair spindles, actuators, power transmission, and machine components.
- PLC Diagnostics: Use PLCs to isolate electrical and mechanical faults.
- Hydraulic Systems: Repair pumps, valves, cylinders, and hydraulic assemblies.
- Pneumatic Systems: Troubleshoot valves, air systems, regulators, and actuators.
- Preventive Maintenance: Complete scheduled PMs using SAP PM.
- Documentation: Record repairs, parts usage, and completed maintenance activities.
Qualifications
Required
- CNC maintenance experience on mills and/or lathes
- Strong electrical troubleshooting experience
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting experience
- Experience troubleshooting servo systems
- Experience with sensors and encoders
- Experience using PLCs for diagnostics
- High school diploma or GED
Preferred
- Technical degree or TCAT equivalent
- Experience with CNC robotics
- SAP PM experience
- Experience supporting automated manufacturing equipment
- Experience with hydraulic systems
- Experience with pneumatic systems
