Manufacturing Associate - Onsite

Aptask Global Workforce (AGW) is seeking a Manufacturing Associate for an Onsite position with a Major Pharmaceutical Company located in West Greenwich, RI. This is a 12 month contract opportunity.

This role involves working within a regulated manufacturing environment, supporting production by preparing components, operating equipment, and performing sanitation activities. The ideal candidate will follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and contribute to a team focused on quality, compliance, and operational efficiency. This position requires flexibility for a 12-hour rotating two-week shift from 7am to 7pm.

Responsibilities:

• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and applicable regulations
• Report any discrepancies to ensure quality standards and safety
• Receive and prepare components for use in manufacturing
• Feed components into equipment and perform sanitation activities
• Document appropriate paperwork and participate in daily performance meetings
• Use pallet jacks and perform manual wrapping of pallets
• Utilize computer systems to support material inventory and electronic batch records
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive improvement opportunities
• Ensure components and products are available for continuous operation

Requirements:

• High school diploma/GED and 1 year of work or military experience, OR an Associate's degree
• 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or inventory environment
• Ability to work a 12-hour rotating two-week shift (7am - 7pm) and be flexible with working days

Pay range: up to $22.19per hour
