Job Description

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience supporting enterprise-grade ESXi servers and VMware server software.
  • Experience designing, planning, testing, implementing, supporting, and troubleshooting large-scale VMware environments.
  • Expert knowledge of ESXi, VLAN, VMC, primary and secondary data center operations, and hybrid cloud environments.
  • Experience with VMware Aria Automation, Aria Orchestrator, and Aria Operations.
  • Strong experience with PowerShell and PowerCLI scripting.
  • Hands-on experience with on-premises data centers and AWS GovCloud.
  • Experience managing Kubernetes fleets using VKS, EKS, and/or Mirantis.
  • Strong VMware vSphere administration and cluster management experience.
  • Knowledge of NIST 800-53 controls and FISMA compliance.
  • Experience with security engineering, audit logging, monitoring, and observability tools.
  • Experience with application modernization and containerization.
  • Experience supporting AI/ML infrastructure and services.
  • Experience with GitLab and Jira.
