The Role

• Independently implement innovative ideas to drive sales and promotions.
• Oversee all aspects of cost and revenue development, inventory, product ordering, pricing, and stock flow.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training, preferably in food retail, or equivalent experience with a focus on bakery or self-service fresh food counters.
• Strong knowledge of fresh products and a keen eye for quality and freshness.
• A solutions-oriented and results-driven approach with a commitment to structured and conscientious work.
• Excellent teamwork, customer focus, and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work a rotating shift system, including Saturdays.
