Cross Domain Systems Engineer, Senior | Laurel, MD, United States | Hybrid | $86,800.00 - $198,000.00

We're hiring on behalf of a highly respected professional services firm, a leader in technology and engineering solutions that support critical national security missions. The Role

Lead the development and deployment of digital cross-domain solutions to meet customer mission requirements.
Drive customer engagement to capture, define, and understand user and security requirements.
Decompose hardware, software, interface, and security control requirements for system development.
Coordinate with stakeholders throughout system development, integration, testing, and fielding activities.
Support system accreditation efforts following Risk Management Framework guidelines.
Plan and implement security improvements to address cross-domain security objectives.

What You'll Need

Experience developing system-level requirements, user stories, or use cases.
Proven ability to develop technical written deliverables for system delivery or deployment.
Familiarity with online collaboration and work tracking tools (e.g., Atlassian Suite, ServiceNow).
Knowledge of Risk Management Framework (RMF) for system accreditation.
Ability to plan systems delivery and deployment efforts, including technical plans, schedules, and risk tracking.
Active TS/SCI clearance, with willingness to take a polygraph exam.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, or equivalent experience, with 5+ years of engineering experience.
