Role: Business Analyst/QA
Location: Santa Clara, CA - Hybrid
Job Summary
- Work with QA/QE teams to develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts aligned with business requirements.
- Validate system functionality, performance, usability, and overall solution quality.
- Collaborate with QA/QE teams to automate regression test cases where applicable.
- Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business stakeholders.
- Ensure technology solutions meet business expectations, requirements, and quality standards.
- Facilitate defect triage, track issues, and work closely with development teams to drive timely resolution.
- Act as a liaison between business and IT teams to ensure effective communication and project alignment.
- Build strong relationships with business stakeholders by understanding their needs, priorities, and challenges.
- Provide regular project status updates, highlighting progress, risks, issues, and improvement opportunities.
- Advocate for technology solutions that deliver business value while supporting successful, high-quality software releases.
