Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Platform Administration Lead / Platform Architect to lead enterprise-scale cloud platform architecture, administration, operations, and modernization initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, Databricks, DevOps, CI/CD, Terraform, cloud security, networking, and identity management, along with proven team leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong architecture and administration experience with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure.

• Design and implement enterprise platform architecture across cloud, data, integration, and analytics platforms.

• Hands-on experience with Azure and Databricks administration.

• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform), and platform automation.

• Strong knowledge of cloud security, networking, identity management, and governance.

• Design scalable, highly available, resilient, and secure enterprise platform solutions.

• Lead and mentor platform administrators and engineers across multiple technology stacks.

• Manage platform operations, incident management, change governance, and service delivery.

• Establish platform monitoring, observability, automated alerting, and operational reporting frameworks.

• Drive platform modernization, technology roadmaps, capacity planning, disaster recovery, and high-availability initiatives.

• Experience with Kubernetes clusters and workloads, including network architecture.

• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills with architects, development teams, and business stakeholders.

• Experience delivering platform health metrics, risk assessments, SLA tracking, and compliance reports.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in platform engineering, cloud infrastructure, or enterprise data platforms.

• Azure/AWS cloud architecture certifications.

• Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and ITIL/service management.

• Experience with Informatica and Oracle WebLogic Server.

• Experience administering and architecting Microsoft Power BI and Tableau platforms.

• Strong understanding of middleware stability, performance optimization, security, and scalability.

• Experience managing enterprise integration platforms and ensuring SLA and compliance standards.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution.

• Three years of progressive relevant experience may be considered in lieu of each year of education.
