4+ Months with high chances of extension

Phoenix AZ Hybrid

The candidate must have a strong BA experience (at least 8 and above years)

Required Skills:

5+ years of Salesforce platform knowledge

Experience working on multiple systems, discussing different stakeholders, integration teams

Good knowledge on Salesforce service cloud

Good communication skills good at writing the user stories

Good at conducting grooming sessions

good knowledge on SF data model

Domian Banking and financial services experience

Review current data quality and identify data updates needed; Define Account reporting/analytics, data sharing/visibility & scaling needs

Understand pain points and requirements for Sales, Service and other stakeholders including Risk, Legal etc.
