We are hiring for a leading provider of automotive glass repair and replacement services in Germany. The Role

• Perform vehicle glass repair and replacement, including calibration of driver assistance systems.
• Take on the Branch Manager role, overseeing technical operations, adhering to company standards, and managing daily operations.
• Provide customer consultation and service from order acceptance to vehicle handover.
• Handle invoicing, manage customer funds, and schedule incoming orders.
• Ensure quality control, manage inventory, and maintain audit-relevant standards.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training in a trade, ideally with several years of experience as a Master Mechanic, Mechanic, or Bodywork Specialist.
• Willingness to obtain the required certification for Branch Manager or already possess it.
• A valid driver's license (Class B), good German language skills, and PC proficiency.
• Strong customer and service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, in a team, and foster trusting, equal-level collaboration.
