TalentFish is seeking dependable, hands-on Supply Chain Materials Handlers for an immediate opportunity supporting a major hospital environment in Minneapolis.

This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in inventory, stocking, warehouse operations, materials handling, retail stocking, or supply chain who wants consistent full-time hours and the chance to gain experience within healthcare operations.

You'll work behind the scenes supporting hospital and operating room teams, making sure critical supplies are stocked, organized, and available when they're needed.

What You'll Do

• Stock, replenish, and organize hospital and OR supplies

• Pick, transport, and deliver materials to designated areas

• Receive, organize, and put away incoming supplies

• Maintain appropriate inventory levels

• Rotate stock and keep supply areas clean and organized

• Identify low inventory or discrepancies and escalate issues

• Follow hospital safety and infection-prevention procedures

• Support additional materials-handling and supply chain needs

What We're Looking For

You don't need years of experience. We're looking for people who are reliable, organized, comfortable working overnight, and ready to work.

Experience in any of the following is helpful:

• Warehouse or distribution

• Inventory or materials handling

• Stocking or replenishment

• Retail/store stocking

• Hospital or healthcare supply chain

• Shipping/receiving

No college degree or certifications required.

Schedule – Please Read Carefully

This is a full-time overnight position working 11:00 PM–7:30 AM, 40 hours per week.

Candidates must be available to work 5 days per week and be flexible across all days of the week. Weekend and holiday shifts will be scheduled on a rotation.

Reliable attendance is extremely important because this team supports a 24/7 hospital operation.

Compensation & Employment Information

The pay rate for this position is up to $25 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. Eligible employees may also qualify for benefits including health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.
