The Treasury and Tax Office provides the financial foundation for one of Germany's largest cities.

The "IT Finance, Administration, and Support" department manages and supports the entire IT system landscape for the City of Frankfurt am Main's finance division. It directly supports approximately 500 workstations in the finance department and provides and administers the IT system landscape for budget planning and financial services, procurement and contract management products, tax matters and enforcement, as well as approximately 20 other specialized processes, many of which are city-wide.

We are seeking, to start as soon as possible, a: Deputy Department Head (f/m/d) for IT, Finance, Administration, and Support Full-time, Part-time Pay Grade 11, TVöD Your responsibilities will include: Leading the network and server administration as well as the operation of hardware, software, and specialized applications, particularly citywide systems such as SAP, the procurement platform, the procurement manager, xFlow, or Online Budget Expert-level support for the provision, setup, and maintenance of technical workstations throughout the service area Support in planning, organizing, coordinating, and managing the technical system landscape of the service area as well as citywide systems Collaborating on core tasks, such as the creation and maintenance of concepts, guidelines, and documentation Application and user support, assistance, and administration for all hardware and software in use, as well as standard applications, e.
