Job description

Site Manager | Dallas Multi-Clinic Operations

Lead the day-to-day operations of a growing group of DelRicht Research clinics in the Dallas market. You’ll support teams across psychiatry, dermatology, and general medicine, strengthen the patient experience, develop Clinical Research Coordinators, and help the region grow with consistent, high-quality clinical trial delivery.

Why DelRicht Research?

Would you love to be part of healthcare and scientific innovation? Do you want to make a visible impact on a growing team and have room to develop your career? At DelRicht Research, our work gives patients access to clinical trials that can help bring new medications and medical devices to market.

DelRicht is a clinical research site network committed to an excellent experience for every patient participating in a clinical trial. Our teams work with patients, physicians, research sponsors, and one another to conduct studies accurately and with care. We value people who learn quickly, take ownership, and help their teammates succeed. DelRicht Research has been recognized as a Top Workplace for four consecutive years.

Your main objective

As Site Manager, you’ll oversee operations across Dallas-market clinics. You’ll be accountable for patient experience, study execution, team performance, scheduling, and financial results. This is a hands-on leadership role: you’ll stay close to clinic workflows and patient visits while building a strong, growing team.

What you’ll do

- Lead with warmth and professionalism so patients receive excellent care at every visit.

- Coordinate patient visits so they run accurately, efficiently, on schedule, and in accordance with each study protocol.

- Manage and develop Clinical Research Coordinators and other site team members through coaching, scheduling, performance reviews, and clear growth plans.

- Hire, onboard, and train team members as the Dallas region grows.

- Monitor site productivity, quality, patient flow, and schedules; address issues before they affect patients or study delivery.

- Partner with physicians on study schedules, patient readiness, and operational problem-solving while respecting their clinical responsibilities.

- Work with external research partners on site visits, trial progress, and the quality and timeliness of study data.

- Help the region meet its revenue and profitability goals through sound operational and financial oversight.

- Prepare teams for new studies and maintain consistent, protocol-compliant processes across clinics.

- Help create opportunities for team members to develop and advance within DelRicht.

- If interested, travel to U.S.-based Investigator Meetings to learn about new studies; eligible travel expenses are covered.

What you’ll bring

Required

- At least three years of supervisory or managerial experience, ideally in healthcare or a healthcare-related setting.

- At least five years of professional work experience.

- Demonstrated ownership of operations at a clinical or business site, including team performance, daily workflows, and problem-solving.

- The ability to lead a team while remaining involved in patient-facing site operations and visits.

- Strong organization, sound judgment under pressure, and a commitment to accurate, compliant work.

Preferred

- Experience overseeing multiple clinics or locations, or supporting a growing regional team.

- Experience in outpatient healthcare, clinical research, or a patient-facing practice; psychiatry, dermatology, or general medicine exposure is welcome but not required.

- A record of developing team members and progressing through roles of increasing responsibility.

- A bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.

Our core values

Production: We deliver on our promises, act independently, and look for ways to improve.

Humility: We support one another, stay enthusiastic and coachable, and embrace change.

Consistency: We execute carefully, persist through challenges, and remain steady under pressure.

You’ll do well here if you’re proactive, compassionate, coachable, and comfortable taking a problem from first signal through resolution. You care about patients and colleagues, hold yourself to high standards, and can stay calm when the day gets busy.

Benefits and perks

- Medical, dental, and vision insurance.

- Short- and long-term disability insurance and life insurance.

- Generous paid time off that grows with your career at DelRicht.

- No routine nights, weekends, or 12-hour shifts.

- A 401(k) with discretionary match or profit sharing.

- A quarterly bonus plan with clear team goals and visibility into bonus potential.

DelRicht Research is an equal opportunity employer. We consider qualified applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, veteran status, or disability status.
